Vegan means no consumption of meat, dairy, and artificial additives such as preservatives or replacement sweeteners.
Unless you're going to give a well thought reasonable reply, I'd like to know your opinion on how it sounds. :B
And just so you know, milk and meat aren't as healthy as the FDA, USDA, doctors, nurses, health teachers, etc. make it seem like so don't go on about how unhealthy it seems like... @_@
There are of course many other nutritional foods to replace the vitamins meat and dairy bring, and they also DON'T come with the extra fat. ^__^;
